Outstanding application of Community Resilience Building to an entire watershed in the Finger Lakes of New York. Hats off to the 9 municipalities as Flood Smart Communities in the Cohocton River Watershed that contributed to a more resilient future alongside the Red Cross, Institute for Human Services, Steuben County Soil and Water Conservation District, Steuben County Emergency Management, The Nature Conservancy, Upper Susquehanna Coalition, the Army Corps and a State Senator. Committed and engaged communities’ equals committed and engaging resilient solutions!
